Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Return & Refund Policy
We promise full refund for the item. Return the unused item with tags within 15 days of receipt. Refund amount is initiated in your bank account within 3-4 business days. Currently we do not exchange any items. In case you wish to exchange the item you bought, you will need to place a return request for the same following the process as listed below.
